| Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes. This spring, I have had to bake for a bake sale, party or occasion pretty much constantly. All I know is that I am NOT a professional baker and I have no interest in becoming one. |

| Another Super Mario cake for yet another birthday party! We learned from this particular cake that the boys absolutely hate fondant, so all the shows they love like Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes may make nicer looking cakes than I could ever do, but mine taste better! |

| Eamon in his favorite gift, dress-up clothes of course! He had great fun hand-cuffing everyone at his family party and fell asleep on the way home just like this! He now has a large supply of fake mustaches, one for every mood. |
